Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 2026-10-05
Before your booking is confirmed
When you pay, your card is only authorised. While your order shows as Pending confirmation in My Bookings, you can cancel it there at any time: we release the hold and you’re never charged. The same happens if we can’t confirm your booking. Your bank may show the pending amount for a few days before it disappears.
After your booking is confirmed
Once we’ve confirmed your ticket or experience, we’ve bought it from the seller on your behalf, so cancellations and refunds follow that seller’s policy. Many F1 tickets are non-refundable. To ask, use Cancel booking in My Bookings or contact us: we’ll check with the seller and reply within 24–48 hours. If the seller refunds us, we refund you in full to your original payment method (usually 5–10 business days).
Bookings can’t be cancelled once the race weekend has started.
Bookings made with a partner
Flights, hotels and anything you booked on a partner’s website follow that partner’s cancellation and refund rules. Contact the partner directly; we’re happy to help you find the right contact.
If the event is changed or cancelled
If a race weekend or experience is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser or supplier, their policy decides whether you get a refund, a credit or a transfer to the new date. We pass on whatever we receive for your booking.
